Get to know Jhia Briscoe

Jhia Briscoe began her career in the New Construction/Real Estate industry in 2015.

As a self-proclaimed "natural," she enjoys customizing each encounter with her clients and takes pride in ensuring that everyone has a great experience. She was coined the name "Jovial Jhia" by previous management many years ago due to her bubbly personality and bright smile.

She has excelled in the industry and has been nominated and won several awards from the Maryland Building Industry Association which she is proud of. "Not only am I assisting you and your family with building and purchasing your dream home, I am also envisioning your lifestyle with you and your family for many years to come.”

Jhia cherishes spending quality time with her family. She is a nature enthusiast and her outdoor hobbies include listening to her favorite tunes while roller skating and cruising around on her electric scooter.

Jhia is rooted in her faith and is a believer of the Word of God. She is also passionate about doing the right thing, maintaining an admirable and good moral compass and being a beacon of light to others.

Currently, she resides in Asia with her partner, Rin and their dog, Javi.
